Campaign Manager - Jakarta

Job Desc :

• Maintain the highest accuracy and standards around campaign setup, reporting and customer service.

• Traffic campaigns and ads in GrabAd’s proprietary systems. - Complete campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of campaign.

• Provide campaign screenshots.

• Generate Weekly and End of Campaign reports.

• Respond to daily tickets and tasks in an efficient, effective and timely manner.

• Provide support and coverage to other team members, so that the overall team’s daily tickets and tasks are responded to in a timely manner, and quality and service standards are maintained.

• Proactive in learning and developing oneself in order to be up to date with new information, constant changes and to be a well-versed specialist in all aspects of daily operations.

• Not be afraid to challenge the status quo and proactively surface challenges and solutions, and drive automations, operational efficiency, effectiveness, and service excellence.

• Proactively suggest and drive enhancements to ticketing workflows.

• Participates in projects to improve processes and product capabilities, and that contributes to the team’s goals.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Ad Operations Team.

Requirements :

• 2+ years of Digital Advertising Operations or Trafficking experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• Flexible to work in different Southeast Asian time zones.

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

• Outstanding attention to details, organizational and prioritization skills.

• Able to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting.

• Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion to provide exceptional customer service.

• Resilient in the face of adversity, high work volume and constant changes.
