- Develop strategies tailored to client needs and market trends - Define measurable KPIs and ensure the entire team understands the campaign objectives - Collaborate with KOL Specialists to identify and onboard suitable influencers/KOLs - Lead, guide, and motivate the KOL and Content Specialist teams to deliver optimal results - Provide clear and detailed briefs to ensure smooth execution of campaigns - Foster effective communication within the team to encourage collaboration - Oversee all campaign processes, including content production, KOL activations, and material distribution - Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and quality benchmarks - Address technical or operational issues promptly during campaign execution - Track campaign performance in real-time using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) - Optimize strategies during the campaign to meet KPIs effectively - Prepare comprehensive end-of-campaign reports, highlighting performance data and key insights - Provide actionable recommendations for improving future campaigns - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Campaign Management, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing - Proven experience in collaborating with KOLs/Influencers for marketing campaigns - Strong understanding of creative content and digital marketing strategies - Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and generate insights - Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing clients and teams - Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
