Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning and Strategy: • Develop strategies tailored to client needs and market trends. • Define measurable KPis and ensure the entire team understands the campaign objectives. • Collaborate with KOL Specialists to identify and onboard suitable influencers/KOLs. Team Leadership: • Lead, guide, and motivate the KOL and Content Specialist teams to deliver optimal results. • Provide clear and detailed briefs to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. • Foster effective communication within the team to encourage collaboration. Campaign Execution: • Oversee all campaign processes, including content production, KOL activations, and material distribution. • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and quality benchmarks. • Address technical or operational issues promptly during campaign execution. Monitoring and Optimization: • Track campaign performance in real-time using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). • Optimize strategies during the campaign to meet KPis effectively. Reporting and Evaluation: • Prepare comprehensive end-of-campaign reports, highlighting performance data and key insights. • Provide actionable recommendations for improving future campaigns. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Campaign Management, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing. • Proven experience in collaborating with KOLs/Influencers for marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of creative content and digital marketing strategies. • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and generate insights. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing clients and teams. • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
