- Minimum 2 years experience dos banquet position or similar. (DOSM) - Strong leadership, good network and great ability to generate revenue. (DOSM) - Have a great knowledge of banquet, profit and loss include executing the business (pre-event, during-event, and post-event). (DOSM) - Understands activations such as handling activations in a club and is knowledge- - able about promoters, music, and DJs. (AEM) - Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest relation manager. (GRM) - Minimum 2 years of experience in a GRO. (GRO) - Minimum 1 year experience in the same field. - Good personality, discipline, positive attitude, eager to learn, service-oriented, passionate, and hardworking. - Fluent in English both written and spoken. - Capable to work in a team and under pressure. - Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is considered a bonus. - Able to join immediately
