Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
Ensure padel courts and facilities are maintained to meet safety and quality standards
Schedule regular inspections and coordinate repairs, cleaning, and maintenance as needed
Establishing excellent customer experience, effective complaints management to drive customer satistaction
Develop and manage programs to enhance customer experience, including membership, loyalty and referral/community programs.
Develop and manage the budget, control expenses, and achieve revenue targets
Analyze financial data, manage inventory and control costs to optimize profitability
Create and monitor weekly and Manage hiring, training, and performance of on-site staff, including coaches, guest relations officers, and monthly financial report
Create schedules, manage shift coverage, and ensure effective manpower levels.
Monitor daily attendance and monthly staff payroll, coaches commission
Organize events, leagues, and tournaments to increase footfall and engage members
Create and manage annual event calendar
Partner with marketing to promote events and programs to attract new customers and retain members.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any major
Experience 4+Years in Sport Center, Hospitality or Venue Management
Willing to work in the shifting schedule
Fluent in English
Work placement in Batam
