SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience or familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, and similar platforms. - Ability to use coding and design tools like Cursor to create prototypes and workflows. - Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data analysis platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Daily Operations: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle follow-ups to keep projects on track. - Project Management: Oversee key AI-driven initiatives, track progress, and address bottlenecks. - Research & Analysis: Gather data, conduct market research, and provide insights to support decision-making. - AI Support: Use AI tools like ChatGPT and other language models to draft content, generate insights, and solve problems. - Initial Design Prototypes: Use tools like Cursor to translate ideas into draft designs and concepts. - Reporting: Prepare performance reports and dashboards to track business metrics. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and support business growth. - Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align objectives. - Communication: Draft emails, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
