Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen. - Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to standardized recipes and presentations. - Ensure food quality and consistency meet our high standards. - Train and supervise Commis Chefs and Line Cooks. - Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines. - Assist in menu development and implementation. - Manage inventory and minimize waste.
