- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role in Indonesia. - S1 mandatory & S2 preferred (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred). - Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues. - Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, including the ability to manage multiple teams and multiple projects. - Excellent communication in both English (Korea) and Bahasa Indonesia & coordination skills. - Proven experience in operational excellence and performance metrics. - Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindsets. - Demonstrated ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. - Proven track record in investigative and audit procedures. - Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's mission and vision. - Operational Oversight : Oversee daily operations of divisions/departments across various service products. - Compliance and Integrity : Ensure all divisions comply with company regulations while maintaining the highest level of integrity. - Performance Management : Monitor operational and performance metrics, ensuring delivery against key performance indicators. - Process Optimization : Continuously seek ways to improve processes, resource allocation, and operational excellence. - Team Management : Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to align with the company's operational and strategic goals. Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning - Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a key contact point for stakeholders and business partners. Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Financial Oversight : Manage the operational budget and ensure optimal resource allocation. Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability. - Risk Management : Identify and address operational risks and opportunities - Reporting : Prepare timely and accurate operational reports for the CEO and the Board of Directors - Solution-Oriented Leadership : Proactively identify challenges and provide immediate as well as strategic long-term solutions to operational hurdles - Issue Investigation : Take full ownership of operational issues or complaints, conducting detailed investigations to identify root causes - Responsive Action : Act quickly and respond promptly to urgent matters to prevent operational lapses or interruptions. - Multi-Tiered Planning : Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term plans to address specific operational challenges and to achieve company goals.
