Deskripsi Pekerjaan

As a Sales Executive in an HR consulting firm, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and generating revenue by selling HR consulting services to companies. You will play a role in identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

  1. Responsible for sales to potential clients.

  2. Needs Mapping: Analyzing client needs and preparing offers tailored to their needs.

  3. Conduct sales presentations to potential clients to explain the benefits and advantages of the training programs offered.

  4. Negotiate prices and sales terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

  5. Build and maintain good relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction after sales.

  6. Monitor market trends, competition, and changes in the industry to identify new sales opportunities.

  7. Report sales activities regularly to superiors, including achievement of sales targets and prospect developments.
