Clinic and Lab Operation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate medical activities of Clinic & Lab officer to maintain service quality.

• Conduct Staff's performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback

• Responsible for MCU result, validating and delivering as requested

• Liaise with Other departments to gather comprehensive information and ensure all the team members are well informed

• Responsible for inventory and equipment management

• Able to address issue, identify root causes and develop corrective actions

• Preparing reports on Clinic and Lab activities

• Reporting to Clinic & Lab Operation Manager

Requirements:

• Have at least diploma 3 ATLM certificate

• Have an active STR, willing to make SIP immediately

• Have an experience as Lab/ Clinic Staff at least 3 year, preferably involved in MCU projects

• Have an experience as Quality Validator, validate lab and MCU results

• Strong knowledge of laboratory protocols, safety procedures, and quality assurance.

• Excellent communication skill and analytical thinking

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in testing processes.
