REQUIREMENTS: • Max. 30 years old • Min. D3, Information System / Information Technology • Min. 2 years experienced as Cloud Engineer • Required Skills): Cloud Technology, Monitoring System, Computer Network • Experience with cloud service from one of the big cloud provider (AWS/Alibaba/Google/Azure) JOB DESCRIPTION: • Responsible to handle any incident alert, identity, anlayze and solve cases according to defined SLA • Doing implementation and ensure the deployment and configuration based on work order and timeline • Provide advisory/hands on troubleshooting based on service to solve the customer issue according to the SLA • Manage and optimize cloud resources performance • Create technical documentation during implementation
