Coffee Roaster

QUALIFICATIONS * Min. 3 years of experience in coffee roasting, coffee production or a related role within the coffee industry. * Strong understanding of coffee roasting, roast development and flavor profiling. * Familiarity with coffee quality standards and the ability to maintain consistency across production batches. * Proficiency in operating roasting equipment, production machinery and measurement tools with accuracy. * Experience in cupping and coffee sensory evaluation is an advantage. * Understanding of food safety, hygiene and quality control standards. RESPONSIBILITIES * Operate and monitor coffee roasting processes to achieve target roast profiles and quality standards. * Participate in cupping sessions to evaluate coffee quality and support continuous improvement. * Assist in developing and refining roast profiles to ensure consistency and product excellence. * Weigh and prepare coffee beans according to established recipes and production requirements. * Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of roasting equipment in accordance with QA/QC standards. * Uphold food safety and quality control standards throughout the roasting process.
