Job Description • Identifying issues and constraints of existing telephony system. • Identifying the function of a product that is still relevant to technological developments. • Mapping problems based on issues, helpdesk ticket reports and input from customers. • Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) on a product based on the design. • Collaboration with vendor, provider, and Principal of telephony system. • Determine technical standards for a telephony system. • Prepare an implementation template for a telephony system. • Prepare operating instructions for a telephony system. • Monitoring during implementation and after implementation before being handed over to the operations. • Prepare technical document. Qualification • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology • Minimum 3+ years of strong experience working in a dynamic product management role • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products (Microsoft Teams and Voice Appliance related) • Excellence in communication and presentation skills • Highly effective cross-functional team coordination • Will be plus if having certification in Microsoft Teams, VPN S25, or VPN Client
