Collection Administration

Job Description :

• Manage and monitor the utilization of Collection SIM Cards to ensure collection operations run effectively and efficiently.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Google Sheets dashboards and advanced formulas to support reporting, productivity monitoring, and operational analysis.

• Prepare and deliver Daily, Weekly and Weekend Reports accurately and in a timely manner for management review.

• Analyze operational issues encountered by Collection Agents and provide effective recommendations and solutions to improve performance and productivity.

• Provide operational support for Collection Desk activities, including handling administrative requirements and resolving day-to-day operational challenges.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.

• At least 1 year of experience in a Collection Administration or a similar role.

• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. • Knowledge of collection processes and operations is an advantage.

• Familiar with Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation tools, or AI-powered productivity solutions is an added value.

• Strong attention to detail,problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Good communication and coordination skill.
