Qualifications:

1. Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major

2. Work experience in logistics or transportation is preferred

3. Good communication skills and detail-oriented

4. Familiar with using technology-based monitoring and reporting applications

5. Able to work in a dynamic environment and meet time-oriented targets

6. Willing to be placed in Pulomas, East Jakarta

Job Description:

1. Ensure that fleet and driver data that has not been entered is completed by the transporter on time.

2. Monitor the timeliness of arrival, loading, delivery, and unloading of the fleet in accordance with the established SLA.

3. Ensure that drivers update their status in the application (arrival, finished load, on the way, finished unload, and Proof of Delivery) as per the applicable procedures.

4. Ensure that the GPS system on vehicles remains active during the delivery process to monitor movement and vehicle status.

5. Communicate with the shipper regarding issues or units exceeding lead time to ensure timely resolution and avoid complaints.

6. Monitor travel lead time in multipick and multidrop scenarios to ensure compliance with the defined SLA.

7. Resolve and ensure there are no complaints from the shipper regarding timing or service discrepancies.

8. Collaborate with the operations team to monitor outstanding Delivery Orders (DO) that have not been returned from the transporter to MOSTRANS.

9. Handle Claim Reports (BAC) and coordinate with the internal team until the issue is fully resolved.
