Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Assist the chef de partie with task related to meal preparation, maintenance, logistic, and safety and sanitation. Need to have ability to support kitchen efficiency and safety without compromising the quality of the meals produced.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors kitchen equipment and report issues to supervisor

  • Always develops knowledge to produce high-quality meals

  • Measures, mixes, and prepare meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.

  • Assesses inventory and requests resupply when nessecery

  • Plates meal item under CDP supervision.

  • Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies
