Communication (Marketing) Support

This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing campaigns that align with company objectives, as well as managing budgets and tracking targets. The main tasks include driving user engagement and communication efforts, working closely with Marketing, Business, and Operations teams to support the company’s growth.

Core Objectives:

1. Work with key stakeholders to develop communication and engagement initiatives that will increase demand.

2. Identify opportunities, design, and implement campaigns to grow the business.

3. Produce content and materials that support the strategy to increase demand.

4. Manage reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize campaigns.

5. Carry out other tasks assigned by the manager.

Essential Experience/Criteria:

1. Familiar with the entire marketing mix and when to leverage different marketing channels (above-the-line and below-the-line).

2. Results-oriented and data-driven; able to make data-informed decisions for marketing plans.

3. Excellent command of the English language.

4. Meticulous with strong attention to detail.

Desirable Experience/Criteria:

1. Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

2. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

3. Advanced knowledge of Google Suites and other project management tools.

4. Strong quantitative skills and ability to derive insights from data.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
