Get to know our Team: Marketing Communication Support Coordinator is responsible for execution of marketing plan in Jabodetabek. The team needs to be able to create excellent marketing activities in order to accelerate growth of demand. The team needs to also have the muscle skills to execute the strategy in a timely manner. 

Get to know the Role: Marketing Communication Support Coordinator is someone who is responsible to translate strategy into execution planning, and has strong on the ground knowledge of the city that is assigned to determine the right channel of communication. Marketing/Promotion Lead will be fully responsible for: Create and delivering marketing campaigns (cascade from HQ and crete initiative campaign for city excellent execution) 

The day-to-day activities: 

Campaign implementation both online & offline project execution, and post campaign report Plan, execute, monitor and evaluate campaign / activities that you created 

Create weekly report of cities performance, evaluation campaign and next action item and reported to manager area 

Monitor competitor movement in your cities (including competitor promo, branding, media placement and offline activities) work with marketing intelligence team Collaborate with Internal Stakeholder (Operations, Business Development, etc) and External Stakeholder (Vendor, Partners, & Merchants) 

Select strategic area for branding which fit with budget allocation Design key visual & adjust existing design for implementation 

The must haves: 

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia 

Good in written and spoken English 

Operating well in creative design and copy writing Good communication skill 

Minimum more than 1-2 year experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Field 

Must have experience and be proficient using: Photoshop & Illustrator Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
