Community Manager

Role Description:

1. Act as the first point of contact for instructors.

2. Create the weekly class schedule for Pilates and Yoga.

3. Engage with members by welcoming them, chatting with them, and asking for feedback about the classes they attended.

4. Supervise and maintain the studio's standard customer experience.

5. Collaborate with Admin and Social Media Manager to ensure all classes and events are well-documented.

6. Plan and organize monthly events such as the 2 Weeks Challenge, Christmas-Themed Class, and more.

7. Identify potential sponsors or brands to collaborate with as studio partners, such as for events, campaigns, or product sponsorships.

8. Foster a positive community within the studio, encouraging members to connect and build friendships.

1. Warm and approachable, able to engage with members in conversations, ask for feedback, create a positive atmosphere, and build good relationships with instructors.

2. Skilled in managing schedules and ensuring all classes and events run smoothly.

3. Capable of coming up with engaging campaign or event ideas to enhance member experience.

4. Able to take initiative and perform tasks without being told.

5. Enthusiastic about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle, inspiring others to join.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in community management or similar role

• Proficient in social media platforms and community engagement tools

• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Experience in organizing events and managing online forums
