Key Responsibilities - Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and industry leaders. - Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. - Track and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders. - Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster a strong, active, and loyal user base. - Act as the main point of contact for partners & community, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally. - ⁠Help to organize marketing events, webinars, and meetups to increase engagement and build a sense of belonging. - Collaborate with partners to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, email, and websites. - Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership activities into overall marketing plans. - Monitor industry trends and report to identify new partnership opportunities and community growth. - Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners to maximize collaboration and value. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in community management, partnership development, or a related role (in B2B business will be a plus). - Proven track record of building and growing online and offline communities. - Understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
