- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field - Years of experience Min. 2-3 years in social media marketing - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and recommendations - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Passion for Branding, Marketing, and Consumer, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth - Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling, and the ability to think outside the box to differentiate the brand in the market - Fluent in english Responsibility - Creating monthly and weekly editorial plans for all social media channel and website - Ensure content output is consistent and in line with the brand campaign - Monitor the performance of all social media assets to give recommendations for improvement on a weekly & monthly basis - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends - Collaborate with teams like Graphic design, Videographer, and Editor - Reporting insight - Running ads for Instagram channel (Meta or Boost)
