POSITION OVERVIEW • As a Content Planner, you will be at the forefront of crafting and implementing dynamic content strategies designed to captivate and grow our audience. Your role is crucial in producing engaging content that connects with our passionate gaming community, enhances brand loyalty, and supports the success of our esports initiatives. • Collaborate with the multi teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and esports events while researching industry trends, competitors, and gaming communities to identify new content opportunities. • Develop a content calendar featuring diverse content types, including articles, videos, livestreams, and social media updates, and coordinate release schedules to maximize impact during key esports events. • Collaborate with content creators, writers, graphic designers, and video editors to produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand's tone, style, and messaging. • Work with the esports team to integrate gaming tournament schedules and results into content plans, creating content that showcases players, teams, and memorable esports moments. • Monitor social media channels, forums, and comments to engage with the gaming community, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback to build positive relationships with fans. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Strong passion for and knowledge of esports, particularly in the Dota2, Valorant, PUBG Mobile, and Honor of Kings games. • Proven experience in content planning, creation, and marketing within the gaming industry. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools. • Creativity, adaptability, and a solid ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • A deep understanding of the gaming community, trends, and popular gaming content creators.
