Job Description:
Responsible for preparation of contract administration documents.
Responsible to arrange and follow through the company documentation.
Doing translation from English to Bahasa or Bahasa to English for bilingual contracts.
Filling all company documents, contracts and other related to Legal Documents.
Responsible to report contract status and follow through the status to either internal or external (customers).
Responsible to manage contract documents process internally and externally from beginning to get them filled.
Responsible to arrange licensing related to company business.
Specific Requirement :
Female
Bachelor Degree ( Law School is Preferred )
A minimum of 3 years experience in contract administration.
Strong English and Bahasa communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment with colleagues, associates and clients.
Ability to effectively multi-task and work in fast .
