Contract and Legal Administrator

Job Description:

• Responsible for preparation of contract administration documents.

• Responsible to arrange and follow through the company documentation.

• Doing translation from English to Bahasa or Bahasa to English for bilingual contracts.

• Filling all company documents, contracts and other related to Legal Documents.

• Responsible to report contract status and follow through the status to either internal or external (customers).

• Responsible to manage contract documents process internally and externally from beginning to get them filled.

• Responsible to arrange licensing related to company business.

Specific  Requirement :

• Female

• Bachelor Degree ( Law School is Preferred )

• A minimum of 3 years experience in  contract administration.

• Strong English and Bahasa communication skills, both oral and written.

• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

• Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment with colleagues, associates and clients.

• Ability to effectively multi-task and work in fast .
