Requirements - Proven experience in preparing both Indonesian and Japanese cuisine. - Culinary Arts (Tata Boga) graduates are preferred. - Full-time position, including weekends or holidays if required. - Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Ensure high standards in food preparation and plating. - Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work Responsibilities - Prepare high-quality dishes specializing in Indonesian and Japanese cuisine. - ⁠Ensure consistent food presentation and portioning as per Hakon': standards. - ⁠Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering t‹ food safety and hygiene regulations. - ⁠Manage and organize kitchen inventor and supplies efficiently. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute daily operations and special menus. - ⁠Adapt to busy kitchen environments and assist in other kitchen duties when needed.
