Copywriter

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ideas and creative copy concepts for various digital marketing needs, including social media, campaigns, digital ads, video, websites, and other marketing materials.

• Write copy that aligns with each client's brand identity, target audience, and tone of voice, including performing self-editing before delivery.

• Write and develop scripts for video content, including conducting research on trends, audiences, and client briefs to produce relevant and engaging narratives.

• Utilize AI software to support the research, ideation, and copywriting process effectively.

• Adjust copy based on content performance data (CTR, engagement, etc.) to optimize campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Creative, Account, and Business teams to translate briefs into effective creative concepts.

Requirements

• Familiar with using AI software to support the copywriting process, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools, for research, ideation, and copy development.

• Strong writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a genuine interest in exploring ideas through words, and the ability to adapt writing style to each brand's identity and target audience.

• Interest in or experience writing scripts for video content (short-form/long-form) is a plus.

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major, preferably Communication Studies, Marketing, Literature, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields.

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of work experience in Copywriting, Creative Writing, Content Creation, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

• Must submit a portfolio link (Google Drive, personal website/blog, or similar) that reflects the qualifications above, particularly writing strength and the application of AI software in copywriting process
