Having experience in law firm or other legal industry at least 2 (two) years 4. Having knowledge in Indonesian corporate and procedural law 5. Fluent in English, both in oral and written 6. Able to analyze problem and offer workable solution 7. A personable manner, ability to work well in a team 8. Strong interpersonal and communication skill 9. The ambition to advance in their career 10. Able to perform under challenging deadlines Job Descriptions: 1. Providing Legal Advice to Client 2. Assisting Client in general corporate transaction 3. Preparing and drafting legal contract, legal opinion, any other related documents
