Key Responsibilities: - Lead creative direction across digital marketing, branding, and social media campaigns, ensuring all efforts align with the brand vision and deliver results. - Develop cutting-edge strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) that drive engagement, growth, and audience interaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create trend-forward, innovative content that captures audience attention and elevates brand presence. - Serve as the key client contact, deeply understanding client objectives, providing strategic counsel, and presenting creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations. - Manage and optimize social media content strategies, ensuring timely, relevant posts resonate with target audiences. - Mentor and inspire designers and social media teams, fostering a culture of creativity and growth while ensuring continuous professional development. - Oversee social media scheduling and campaign planning, ensuring alignment with broader brand and marketing initiatives. - Analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to refine content strategies and maximize engagement guidelines. - Ensure top-tier quality control for all creative assets, maintaining consistency, precision, and adherence to brand - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery across social media and creative campaigns. - Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating emerging social media technologies and design innovations to maintain a competitive edge. - Lead crisis management efforts when social media challenges arise, providing clear direction and swift resolution. Qualifications: - Proven track record of successfully leading creative and social media teams, delivering exceptional campaigns across digital platforms. - A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative direction and social media expertise. - Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing, motivating, and developing high-performing teams. - Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, capable of crafting tailored messaging across various social platforms. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and leading social media tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer, alongside analytics platforms for data interpretation. - Deep knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and social media trends, with experience driving audience engagement and growth. - Minimum of 3 years of senior-level experience in creative direction and social media management roles. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, balance priorities, and meet deadlines efficie - A natural problem-solver with sharp analytical abilities, able to respond quickly and strategically to new challenges. - Extensive experience working directly with clients, integrating feedback, and ensuring high standards in all creative outputs.
