Responsibilities
• Develop creative concepts and big ideas for events
based on client briefs.
• Translate brand objectives into engaging event
experiences and storytelling.
• Create presentation decks, storylines, and concept
narratives for pitches.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and account
teams to ensure concept feasibility.
• Research trends, references, and innovations to
elevate event ideas.
• Structure event flow, journey, and key moments
(opening, gimmicks, highlights).
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand positioning
and event objectives.
• Support pitch preparation and client presentations.
Requirements
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to generate
impactful ideas.
• Experience in event, advertising, or creative agency
environment.
• Previous experience as an creative event planner is a
strong plus.
• Skilled in storytelling, copywriting, and presentation
development.
• Good understanding of event
flow,
audience
experience, and engagement.
• Able to translate abstract ideas into clear and sellable
concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced
environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of narrative and
structure.
