- Bachelor's degree in related fields. -Proficient in Bahasa and English. - 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis in unsecured consumer lending. - Proficiency in analyzing consumer bureau reports and bank statements. - Strong understanding of KYC regulations and document verification processes. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and as a part of a team. - Review credit reports, bank statements, and KYC documents to assess applicants creditworthiness, financial status, and regulatory compliance. - Perform financial analyses and risk assessments to evaluate loan applications and make credit decisions that match the company's risk tolerance. - Clearly communicate credit decisions, work with internal teams to gather insights, and suggest improvements to the credit assessment process and tools.
