Credit Card Acquisition Team Leader

Job Description:
Manage service counter operation and card recruiting booth inside the mall
Prepare a schedule of promoters and educate them as well as monitoring the productivity of promoters in term of target achievement
Achieve Card acquisition target to increase new customer and card sales at AEON Store Paris Van Java Bandung
Maintain good relationship with other parties

Requirement:
Minimal Diploma degree with any major background of education
Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Leader with a similar role, and working in Banking Industry or Retail will be an advantages.
Strong in Leadership, team monitoring, scheduling, and handling direct sales/card acquisition activities
Strong in negotiation and communication skill
Proficient in Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
Willing to work at AEON Store Paris Van Java Bandung
