Credit Collection Staff

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from Accounting or related education.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in this position.

• Credit analysis and debt collection skills.

• Strong understanding of financial transactions and basic accounting principles.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot numerical errors and discrepancies.

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description :

• Making phone calls to customers to remind them about outstanding debts.

• Communicating with customers via email or other channels to discuss payment issues.

• Documenting all interactions with customers.

• Verifying customer information and payment details.

• Apply and record customer payment to the system.

• Negotiating payment plans with customers who are struggling to make payments.

• Processing payments and ensuring they are recorded accurately.

• Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts, including payment history and outstanding balances.

• Preparing reports on collection activities and performance.

• Preparing and maintaining records of all collection activities.

• Generating reports on collection performance and outstanding debts.

• Ensure comply to company procedures and credit policies.

• Preparing and sending collection letters to customers.

• Coordinating with other departments, such as customer service and finance.

• Assisting field collectors with their tasks.
