What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat in a prompt and professional manner

  2. Troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions

  3. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

  5. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually develop your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  2. Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly

  3. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer inquiries

  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

  5. Previous experience in a customer-facing or call centre role is preferred
