- Analyze and Setup CRM business processes and workflows - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency - Collaborate with TADA (CRM digital System) to Setup CRM Program & System - Develop training materials and provide support to end-users on CRM system usage - Monitor CRM system performance and user adoption, recommending optimisation strategies - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM to inform recommendations - Bachelor's Degree in related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in a business analyst or CRM specialist role - Strong understanding of CRM principles, tools, and technologies - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements - Proficient in documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions - Solid experience in managing CRM system implementations and end-user training - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
