Responsibilities 1. Regular update of campaign content / template and campaign configuration 2. Create offline and online promotional media 3. Create monthly marketing budget report 4. Development and execution of comprehensive campaign strategies for existing customers in various communicational channels 5. Participate in content creation and live streaming 6. Reply to WhatsApp customer service and handle problems that occur in offline and online until problems are resolved Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. At least 1 years of CRM marketing experience, preferably in fashion retail 3. Good written and verbal communication skills 4. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment & tight work timeline 5. Experience in using CRM tools and software and loyalty management platforms (e.g. Moengage, Clevertap, Capillary) for customer data management, segmentation, and analysis. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7. Willingness to adapt to new technologies, tools, and strategies in the CRM and loyalty management space. 8. Deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences, and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences. 9. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email campaigns is a plus. 10. Ability to gather information and build reports that clearly state results and make recommendations for improvements
