REQUIREMENTS: • Max. 30 years old • Min. D3, any related major • Min. 2 years experienced as Customer Relation Officer • Required Skills): Attention to detail, Communication, Ms. Office, Customer service oriented • Basic english skill both oral & written JOB DESCRIPTION: • Carry out the onboarding process up to the renewal process as long as the customer subscribes • Monitor and review tickets from principals for all customers handled by Customer Relation Officer • Become a single point of contact (SPOC) for non-managed service customers • Carrying out recaps and consolidations as well as reviewing Usage, Billing, Alerts and Ticketing every month. • Make visits to customers if necessary.
