- Male / Female - Experience min. 1 years as a - Customer Care/Customer Service - Fluent in English - Strong communication skills & problem-solving abilities Responsibility: - Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. - Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide informed assistance to customers. - Ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction by following up as needed. - Gather customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues to Management. - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective customer service.
