Responsibilities:

Respond to clients inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.

Address and resolve complaints to ensure clients satisfaction.

Work closely with internal teams to improve the overall clients experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.

Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

Fluent in communication (both written and spoken).

Previous experience in customer service (experience in e-commerce is a plus).

Familiarity with OTA (Online Travel Agents) is highly preferred.

Working Hours:

5 Days work, 2 Days off. Shift-based schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM or 12 PM – 9 PM
