Customer Service & Marketplace Supervisor

Chocolate Monggo, We are a premium-quality chocolate manufacturing and distribution company based in Indonesia, established since 2005. Our products are manufactured in Yogyakarta and have gained recognition as souvenirs and one the best Chocolate of Indonesia. With the years we have developed a lot our sales & communication online and we need now a Supervisor to reply all the request of our community and clients

We are looking for Customer Service Supervisor with qualification and job details below :

Job Details : 1. Manage communication with customers online via social media platforms and marketplaces. 2. Respond appropriately to questions and complaints from customers. 3. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company's marketplace platform. 4. Ensure adequate product availability on the marketplace platform, including coordinating to meet stock needs. 5. Manage relationships to ensure compliance with quality standards, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. 6. Identify and resolve operational problems that arise, including delivery problems, customer complaints and technical problems. 7. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations. 8. Create daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or other similar majors

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service

• Have a minumum of 2 years experience in Marketplace Specialist

• Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

• Able to create standard operational procedures for customer service and understand marketplace algorithm

• Have skills in SEO and copywriting

• Willing to work in Yogyakarta
