Assist consumers and partners in using products and services.
Handle service inquiries, disputes, and provide excellent customer service.
Foster relationships and community building with consumers and partners.
Support projects in registration, acquisition, and sales.

Core Objectives:
Educate consumers and partners on products, campaigns, and troubleshooting.
Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
Perform administrative tasks related to partner accounts.

Qualifications:
Minimum D3/S1 with GPA 2.75.
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience (entry-level).
Strong communication in Bahasa.
Experience in customer service and sales.
Typing speed: WPM 50, 90% accuracy.
Empathetic, energetic, and detail-oriented.
Fully vaccinated (min. 2 doses).
Adaptable and basic English skills.
