Assignment:
Assist consumers and partners in using products.
Manage service inquiries and disputes from consumers and partners.
Provide excellent customer service to the consumer and partner base.
Foster good relationships and community-building efforts with consumers and partners.
Support projects across all verticals, including registration, acquisition, and sales transactions.

Core Objectives:
Educate consumers and partners on products, promotional campaigns, and troubleshooting.
Resolve consumer and partner issues quickly and effectively with empathy.
Perform administrative tasks related to partner accounts (e.g., credit top-ups, information updates).

Qualifications:
Minimum D3/S1 in any major with GPA 2.75.
Fresh graduate or with up to 2 years in the same position (entry-level).
Clear communication in Bahasa.
Experience in customer service.
Experience in sales.
Typing skills with WPM 50 and 90% accuracy.
Empathy.
Fully vaccinated (min. 2 doses).
Energetic and agile.
Attention to detail.
Adaptability to dynamic changes.
Basic proficiency in English.
