BAKED. founded in an industrial cafe/bakery setting, our main mission is to provide the best quality service and products, in a unique space with products that stand out from the rest of the pack. BAKED. main focus is serving artisan sourdough bread and pastries, along with a range of local artisanal handcrafted products and unique comforting meals. It has the goal of establishing the relation between creativity and baking without being constrained by only being a bakery or cafe, but a strong expandable brand with name recognition.
