Qualifications :

• Minimum SMK / Diploma Culinary Arts or related field.

• Min. 1–3 years experience in same position

• Hospitality-savvy minds

• Strong network in Jakarta area

• Strong interpersonal skills & teamwork

• Strong sense of customer service & attention to detail

Job Desk :

• Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts.

• Support daily operations of the Pastry Kitchen and Cake Shop.

• Maintain product quality and presentation according to hotel standards.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients and equipment.

• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
