Job Desc :

• Guide our dax as consumers in using our product

• Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from our Dax

• Provide excellent customer service for Dax and partners

• Managing Dax discipline to stay productive

• Educate Dax on promotional campaigns as well as troubleshoot when they have problem

• To Resolve Dax problem quickly and effectively with empathy and care

• To collect Rental fee payment from Dax as good as possible

• To entry data of Dax Productivity with an integrated system

Requirement :

• Min S1 with GPA 2,75

• Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa

• Have experience in customer service area

• Able and good operating computerized systems (excel and etch)

• Able and good to negotiate

• Sense of empathy

• Energetic and agile

• Attention to detail

• Adaptive to dynamic changes

• Able to work on field with any situation

• Able to speak English with minimum passive communication

• Able and ready to work night and day

Placement : Medan (CBD Polonia) Contract : 6 Months
