- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred). - Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive training or a similar role. - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience. - Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions. - Passionate about the automotive industry, especially Mazda, with a strong understanding of the brand’s values and products. - Knowledge of the automotive industry, preferably with experience in dealership environments. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. -Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
