Debt Collection Agent

Job Descriptions:

• Collect payments from the customers via Phone Calls.

• Keep tracking of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debt.

• Negotiate pay-off deadlines or payment plans.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies while also creating trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues.

Requirement Job Specifications:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• Required language: Bahasa Indonesia; English.

• At least a minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, experience in the Fintech Industry will be advantageous.

• Required Skill(s): Communication, Computer, Negotiation, Customer Handling, Collections.

• Familiar with collection strategies and creative in negotiating repayment terms and methods.

• Having experience in recovery is a plus.

• Familiar with target and KPI Achievement in Team.

• Willing to Work Shifting and Under Pressure.
