What You’ll Do
- Create visual content for social media and digital campaigns
- Develop event key visuals and adapt them across multiple touchpoints
- Design race and event materials, including signage, backdrops, flags, race village assets, and other on- ground visuals
- Design sports merchandise and physical products such as jerseys, medals, finisher tees, and community merchandise
- Work on print production and prepare artwork for vendors and production partners - Support brand identity development and maintain visual consistency across GERAK
- Collaborate closely with the event, community, marketing, and product teams
- Turn ideas into motion graphics and animated content when needed

What We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio in graphic or visual design
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual systems
- Comfortable preparing files for print and production, not only digital design
- Has a strong visual sense for sports, movement, culture, and contemporary brands
- Understands how an event experience works and can think beyond a single visual asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where designs sometimes need to go from idea to real-world production quickly
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and/or other relevant design tools

Nice to Have
- You run, race, train, or genuinely understand the running world Experience working with an event organizer, sports brand, race organizer, or creative agency
- Motion graphics and video editing skills
- Familiar with race culture, running communities, and sports events
