Interior Designer (3+ Years Experience)

Qualifications:

Male/Female, maximum 45 years old

Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture or Interior Design

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Interior Designer — experience in office/commercial projects is preferred

Strong understanding of interior materials and finishes commonly used in office projects Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering, and presentation tools

Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken & written)

Domiciled in East Jakarta or Bekasi is an advantage

Must possess a personal vehicle for site visits

Job Description:

Conduct on-site inspections and design surveys as required.

Prepare working drawings, layouts, and 3D visuals according to client requirements.

Participate in design presentations and discussions with clients.

Provide detailed material and specification explanations to clients.

Perform site supervision and coordination during project execution.

Prepare as-built drawings for submission to building management upon project completion.
