Job Description

• Website updates - Maintain and update the organization's website, ensuring current information and

• Content creation - Create engaging content for social media, including reels, videos, and graphics, to foster community engagement and support fundraising efforts seamless user experience, primarily using Squarespace.

• Content planning and posting - Manage and update the organization's social media profiles, engaging with the community and ensuring a consistent and impactful online presence.

• Event support - Assist in organizing and managing events, from the planning stages to execution.

• EDM - Design and disseminate impactful marketing email campaigns using Mailchimp and HubSpot.

• Marketing Strategy - Collaborate on marketing strategies with the Marketing Manager and CEO.

• Database management - Maintain a contact database, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

• Digital Marketing - Create and Coordinate digital marketing materials, including adverts, promotional videos, and photographic content.

• Traditional Marketing - Contribute to the creation of promotional materials, such as banners, brochures, and flyers, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.

• Donor Outreach - Manage recognition items for volunteers and donors (plaques, awards, certificates).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

• Solid experience in website management, particularly with Squarespace, Hubspot Marketing suite

• Familiarity with common social media platforms, including but not limited to - LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Tiktok etc.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and office suites like Google Drive.

• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Zapier, Funraisin', Stripe, and online engagement strategies like auctions and raffles.
