Job Description:

• Social Media & Marketing Specialist for Bravo Boss

• Manage the social media accounts of Bravo Boss, including creating content plans, copywriting, and scheduling posts to ensure consistent and engaging communication across all platforms. Develop and execute Meta and Google Ads campaigns by formulating content strategies, writing compelling copy, monitoring performance, and conducting ongoing optimization to achieve campaign objectives effectively.

• Handle marketing and sales-related tasks by submitting, tracking, and managing requests to meet business needs.

• Coordinate with internal teams and departments to align on marketing and sales strategies and ensure smooth execution of initiatives. Oversee project management for events, collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful activations or campaigns.

• Draft and deliver comprehensive reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and results to evaluate the effectiveness and identify potential improvements.

• This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, organizational ability, and a data-driven mindset to support the success of Bravo Boss's marketing and sales efforts.

Qualifications :

• Minimum education Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent in Marketing Management, Marketing Communication, or a related field;

• At least 3 year of experience in a related role and field;

• Strong interest and passion for digital marketing business.

• Proficient in marketplace and/or social media marketing strategies (including Google Ads & META Ads);

• Critical thinker with excellent teamwork abilities;

• Adaptable, with strong time management skills;

• Willing to work full-time and on-site (Hybrid) at the Head Office in East Java
