Digital Marketing dan Mobile Sourcing

This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media,
CRM, social media, website, and mobile platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in managing digital marketing budgets and performance campaigns.
Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, CRM & Loyalty, Social Media, SEO/SEM, and Data Analytics.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and CRM platforms.
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead and optimize all digital channels, including Paid Media, CRM, Social Media, Website, and Mobile App.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven initiatives.
Manage performance marketing campaigns to achieve ROAS, CAC, conversion, and traffic targets.
Build and enhance CRM, loyalty, and customer lifecycle programs to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market trends.
Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Marketing team while fostering a growth-oriented and data-driven culture.
